What We Decorate
Every city is a different mounting problem. Pole height, bracket type, power, traffic, and the storage space you have in March all change which decorations belong where. These are the commercial decorations municipalities order most.
White Glove Service, From Concept Through Takedown
ONE TEAM, EVERY PHASE OF THE SEASON.
Choosing, installing, and storing a commercial holiday display is not most people’s day job. It is ours, and it has been since 1921. Our crews design the layout, mount every piece, keep it lit through the season, take it down, and store it until next year. You approve the vision. We handle the rest.
On-site design consultation
A designer walks your site with you, reviews power availability and mounting conditions, and builds a layout around what is actually there. The first consultation is complimentary.
Installation
Certified installers mount every piece securely and position it the way it was designed to sit.
Maintenance
Bulb replacement, repairs, and adjustments through the season, so the display looks the same in January as it did at the first lighting ceremony.
Takedown
Our crews return at season’s end and remove everything safely, including the hardware.
Storage
Your decor is packed, transported, and held in climate-controlled facilities until next season.
Complete White Glove Service is available across the Northeast, Midwest and Florida. Products ship nationwide, and our team can advise on layout and installation anywhere in the country.
Centers We’ve Transformed
Real installations, real scale. Every project below was designed, built, and installed by our team, and most have come back season after season.
Questions We Get From Shopping Centers
Yes, and it is how we work in most centers. We build the install schedule around your hours, stage the decorations off-hours, and do lift work after close, so the mall opens decorated with no barricades in front of a tenant. We coordinate with center security and your operations team on dock access, lift routes, and rigging sign-off before the first truck arrives.
Most centers install in the first two weeks of November so the decor is live before holiday shopping starts, with Santa sets often earlier for photo program launches. Ordering is the tighter constraint. Custom decorations need production time and installation calendars fill through the fall, so a center planning a new look usually starts in spring or early summer. If you are later than that, call anyway. We have built shorter timelines before.
Yes. Ribbon, ornament color, and accent packages are specified per center, and we build fully custom decorations when a center wants a signature piece. Our design consultant renders the concept on a photo of your space before you approve anything.
If you are within our White Glove Service area, we take everything down, transport it, and hold it in climate-controlled storage until next season. If you store your own display, we can advise on packing and handling so it lasts. Our decor is built to be used for many seasons, and storage is most of what determines whether it gets there.
Damage happens. Wind, weather, and traffic are part of outdoor decorating. Within our service area, maintenance is included in White Glove Service and our crews handle repairs in season. Outside it, we supply replacement parts and walk your team through the fix. Our products carry a warranty, and the details are on our warranties page.
Less than you might expect. Before install, we send your operations team the schedule, the equipment list, certificates of insurance, and product details for anything your landlord, insurer, or fire marshal asks to see. You give us site access, a point of contact for the install nights, and any tenant or rigging rules for the property. We handle the crews, the lifts, and the cleanup, and we work to your center’s rules on noise, lighting, and lot access.
Yes. Many of our shopping centers run seasonal banners that change through the year, with spring, summer, and autumn sets before the holiday program goes up. The same crews swap the banners on your light poles, then add trees, pole wraps, and bows for the holidays. You get one partner and one schedule for the whole year, and your center always looks current.
