For a December install, most of our clients start in spring or early summer. Custom pieces need production time, and installation calendars fill from the coast inward. If you are working against a budget cycle that approves in spring for a winter install, that timing works well. If you are starting later than that, call anyway. If you are within our White Glove Service area, we take everything down, transport it, and hold it in climate-controlled storage until next season. If you store your own display, we can advise on packing and handling so it lasts. Our decor is built to be used for many seasons, and storage is most of what determines whether it gets there.

Damage happens. Wind, weather, and traffic are part of outdoor decorating. Within our service area, maintenance is included in White Glove Service and our crews handle repairs in season. Outside it, we supply replacement parts and walk your team through the fix. Our products carry a warranty, and the details are on our warranties page.

You pull the permits because they are issued to the municipality, and we give your office everything it needs: the install schedule, lane and sidewalk closure requirements pole by pole, certificates of insurance, and the equipment list. Our crews work to your traffic control plan, and we schedule around closures your police or public works department prefers. On most Main Street runs, we work early morning or overnight to keep the corridor open during business hours.

Usually, yes. Bracket style is the variable, not the decoration. During the site walk, we record pole type, height, spacing, and available power at each one, then specify mounting hardware to match: banner arm, strap, or through-bolt bracket for standard aluminum, steel, concrete, or historic cast poles. Where a pole has no power, we can run the display off an adjacent circuit or quote a solution for that section rather than dropping it from the design. If your utility owns the poles, we help you assemble the attachment request. Send us photos before you call our sales team, and we can usually tell you on the first conversation.
